Qualifications for Returns:

  • Within 30 days after delivery, you can return brand-new, unopened items for a complete refund.

Procedure for Returns:

  • Within 30 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service department at info@americansnackshub.com to start the return process.
  • You will receive information on how to proceed along with a return authorization from our team.
  • Please make sure the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.


Shipping Fees:

  • Customers are liable for return shipping fees unless the return is the result of our error (faulty item, incorrect item sent).
  • We will give you a return shipping label and deduct the return shipping fee from your refund if the return is accepted.


Refund Procedure:

  • We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we receive and examine the returned item.
  • Within five business days of approval, your original payment method will be used to process the refund.

Items that are broken or defective:

  •  Please get in touch with us within seven days of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective item.
  • To evaluate the problem, we could ask for pictures or further details.
    If an item is damaged or defective, a replacement or complete refund, including return shipping charges, will be given.
